The Pisa and Criffel Ranges that tower above the Cardrona Valley are described as some of the most scenic alpine areas in the Southern Hemisphere. Robrosa is a fully operational sheep and cattle station encompassing 3,658 hectares.

In conjunction with the station Robrosa has many other strings to her bow. Rhythm and Alps hold their New Year's concert on part of Robrosa. This runs over two days and attracts up to 10,000 party goers. Aspiring Guides take groups downhill skiing /boarding, snowshoeing and overnighting in the outback huts. Some of the most scenic kiteboarding in the world is available from the tops of Robrosa. Snowmobiling is also a popular alpine activity that Robrosa caters for.

Maximum elevation is 1,956 meters above sea level, which is easily accessible from Snow Park Road and Robrosa access tracks or a short flight from Queenstown or Wanaka airports.

The property offers pristine alpine wilderness with total exclusivity for the owner to enjoy. There are two alpine lakes with associated huts that have been put in place for recreational purposes.

Wild deer and chamois are often seen on parts of the property, while there is almost 2km of the Cardrona River which flows through Robrosa. The Cardrona is a favourite with local fly fishing guides.

Consents are in place for a lodge and workers house to be built. A large helicopter hanger with a self-contained unit attached is already established.

Robrosa is located 10 minutes from Lake Wanaka and forty minutes to Queenstown alpine resort town. Properties in this location very seldom come to the market.
